Auxisol NISQUA Water Based Plastisol Ink is available in a standard range of 16 colors including black and white, however, these colors are not shown.
PLEASE NOTE: The colors shown on the right are on-screen representations only. Due to the vast differences with CPU monitors, it is impossible to accurately represent ink colors on-screen. The colors shown on the right may only be between 60-80% accurate in regards to proper hue.

Technical Data:
STORAGE:
Auxisol NISQUA inks should be stored at temperatures less than 30 Degree C.
CURING:
Auxisol NISQUA inks will cure at temperatures as low as 300 to 320oF (150 to 160oC).
NOTE: when the entire thickness of the ink film reaches this temperature it will be cured.
It should be fused between 150 to 160 degree C for 6-10 seconds.
PRINTING :
Inks should be stirred first before printing. Inks are thixotropic and will reduce with stirring.
REDUCING:
Reduce with NISQUA 2378 reducer (1-5%).
STENCILS:
Most photo emulsions and direct/indirect stencil systems are suitable. NOTE: Make sure emulsions used are Phthalate Free to reduce the risk of Phthalate contamination in the NISQUA ink.
MESH:
Mesh counts up to 305/inch (122/cm) can be used.
WASHUP:
Wash away with water.
STORAGE:
All Auxisol Inks are available in 1Kg, 5Kg, 25 Kg and 50 Kg in Plastic Containers.
CAUTION:
Great care must be taken to insure that all items such as screens, squeegees, spatulas etc. are free of any plastisol residue to avoid contamination. It is highly recommended that a new set of tools be used for Auxisol NISQUA before commencing tests/production.
